How do I upload my photos? (Back to top)  

A) How to upload (Drag and Drop)


Step 1: Select your images

a) Dragging your files from your desktop to the window to the left.

Or by...

b) Pressing 'Select Images' then choosing your pictures from the selection window

c) Press 'Upload'

Step 2: Your photos are being uploaded

Upload may take some time depending on your internet connection.

Please be patient

What next?

You will then be taken to a page displaying all the photos you have uploaded.

B) Standard Upload (non Active-X and Mac)

Step 1:

a) Choose the number of files you would like to upload.

b) Click ‘Browse’ (you can only browse one photo at a time)

c) A window from your PC will open; find the folder on your PC containing your pictures.

d) Select the image you'd like to upload and Click ‘Open’

e) Once all the photos you want to upload are in the Browser window(s) Click ‘Upload’

Step 2:

Watch your photos upload. Upload may take some time depending on your internet connection.

Please be patient

Once you have uploaded your photos to an album in you Print@xxxx homepage and to your online album,. you may select photos for printing.

What next?

You will then be taken to a page displaying all the photos you have uploaded.

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 above to upload multiple photos.

2. How long does it take to upload photos? (Back to top)  
Approximate upload times for a 400k photo, based on the speed of your internet connection:

- 28.8k modem 1 to 4 minutes

- 56k modem 1 to 2 minutes

- Cable/ISDN/DSL less than 1 minute

- T1 about 15 seconds
3. The Delivery Process (Back to top)  
You may send the same assortment of prints and merchandise to a different person or address. You will be able to select your choice of delivery methods for the recepient, within Australia. A detailed Order Summary confirmation page with all costs is shown before you commit to paying for an order
4. How do I return unsatisfactory or damaged goods (Back to top)  
If your order arrived damaged, please email our customer service team at Contact Us and quote your order number (you will receive this number after a successful transaction at this site)

If you do need to make a return, simply send your order - in the orginal packaging if possible - along with the Order Summary to the following address:
